Notice from the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, State Administration of Taxation Guangdong Provincial Tax Bureau and the Guangdong Administration for Data Administrative Service on launching the integrated registration service system for starting businesses

People's Government of Guangdong Province released the above notice on 26 October 2018, declaring the launch of the integrated business set-up registration service system on 1 November 2018. The business set-up process would be shortened to within 5 working days, the business licence application process will be limited to 3 working days, and the application for company chop will be limited to 0.5 working days. The time required for new taxpayers handling tax compliance matters and first-time applying for invoices will be limited to 2 working days.
