The Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality has announced the cancellation of four certification matters. Going forward, foreign-invested limited companies and foreign-invested partnership enterprises can complete their deregistration procedures without submitting any proof of return and destruction of company chop to the public security authorities.
