The Guangdong Provincial Committee for Comprehensively Deepening Reform published four action plans on 8 October 2019. The action plans proposed to connect the revitalization of Guangzhou and the building of the pilot demonstration area of Shenzhen and support the implementation of the projects at full steam with equal strength and force. Many measures in the action plans are closely related to Hong Kong and will bring new opportunities to various industries in Hong Kong.
