The Shenzhen Qianhai Authority has issued application guidelines for recognition of headquarter enterprises and cluster support in Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong modern service industry cooperation zone on 6 July 2020. The application guidelines specify the time, subject, instructions, materials and procedures of the application. Enterprises that meet the requirements of article 4 of the Implementation Rules of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone on the Special Fund for Recognition of Headquarter Enterprises and Industry Support” can prepare relevant application materials and file application online in accordance with the application instructions in the article. The guidelines list out the application materials for each headquarter type and clarifies that applicants for the headquarters of a Hong Kong-funded enterprise should submit the shareholder qualification certificates and shareholder certification documents of the “Hong Kong service provider” in addition to providing the same materials according to the type of headquarters.
