The Central Government issued eight measures facilitating the development of Hong Kong youths in Mainland China on 16 September 2021. The measures include holding internship program in Mainland China for Hong Kong youths, conducting exchange program in Mainland China for Hong Kong youths, providing job opportunities to Hong Kong university graduates, launching support scheme for Hong Kong youth innovative and entrepreneurial projects, opening scholarship application for Hong Kong university students, allowing Hong Kong students to participate in national youth science and innovation competitions, opening national youth awards application for Hong Kong youths and providing services to Hong Kong and Macao youths in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
