The Zhuhai Municipal Government issued the “60 Measures to Facilitate the Development of Hong Kong and Macao Residents in the Zhuhai Municipality” (“the Measures”) on 12 November 2021. The Measures and implementation rules have in total 5 chapters and 60 articles, covering five aspects such as facilitating Hong Kong and Macao residents (“the residents”) to live in the Zhuhai Municipality, facilitating the residents to study and have employment and entrepreneurship in the Zhuhai Municipality, technological innovation and corporation, economic and trade exchange and cooperation, social, cultural, and educational exchange.
