On 2 March 2022, the Executive Committee of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone issued the "Ten Measures to Reduce the Comprehensive Cost of Enterprises in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone". In order to further implement the "Overall Plan for the Construction of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone", this article proposes to reduce the office cost of technology-based enterprises, reduce the rent and living costs of staff in the cooperation zone, reduce the cost of commercial supporting operations, reduce the cost of corporate recruitment, and reduce the comprehensive development cost for Macao investors in the cooperation zone.
