On 27 June 2022, the Shenzhen Qianhai Administration Bureau announced the “9 Facilitation Measures Benefiting Hong Kong” to offer comprehensive support to the development of Hong Kong citizens and enterprises in Qianhai District, and to offer a convenient environment to Hong Kong and Macao youths for their development in Shenzhen from 9 areas including housing, entrepreneurship, services and employment. Among them, specific measures include allocating 400 flats to Hong Kong talents, setting up a prize of over RMB 7 million for Qianhai – Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macao – Taiwan Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, offering 800 jobs for Hong Kong and Macao youths, and providing greater convenience for Hong Kong investors in cross-border investments.
