The Zhuhai Municipal Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Bureau ("the authorities") issued the "60 Measures to Facilitate the Development of Hong Kong and Macao residents in the Zhuhai Municipality" on 5 December 2022. The 60 Measures include measures to facilitate Hong Kong and Macao residents to live, study and work in the Zhuhai Municipality. Measures include facilitating Hong Kong and Macao residents working and living in the Zhuhai Municipality to participate in the insurance scheme, to complete household registration in the Zhuhai Municipality, handling with temporary residence registration in the Zhuhai Municipality and measures that how children of Hong Kong and Macao residents can enrol in the public kindergartens, compulsory education schools and attend high school entrance exams, how Hong Kong and Macao residents set up individual industrial and commercial households in the Zhuhai Municipality and measures for cross-border mobile payment for Hong Kong and Macao residents.
