The Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Administration Bureau ("the authorities") issued the "Notice in relation to House Leasing for Hong Kong Talents on a Regular Basis" ("the Notice") on 8 December 2022. The authorities announced acceptance of applications for housing allocation and leasing for Hong Kong talents on a regular basis. Hong Kong talents who work full-time in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone and pay individual income tax or social insurance in accordance with law, and meet other conditions specified in the Notice, can apply for talent house leasing in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone. Public can refer to sections 4 to 7 of the Notice for the details of application materials, lease allocation process, lease term, lease amount, property management fees, and other fee standards.
