The Ministry of Justice ("the authorities") issued the "Public Notice in relation to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Lawyer Examination" on 30 January 2023. The authorities announced that Hong Kong lawyers or barristers who are Chinese citizens and have been recognised by the High Court of the HKSAR in accordance with the relevant laws of Hong Kong, registered on the Register of Lawyers and Barristers with experience in law practising for more than 5 years and have met other conditions, can apply for the 2023 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Lawyer Examination ("the Examination"). The Examination registration shall be conducted online while the registration time is from 15 February 2023 to 25 February 2023.
