The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Jiangmen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Ten Action Plans for College Graduates Employment and Entrepreneurship in Jiangmen Municipality in 2023“(“the Plans”) on 6 June 2023. The authorities announced these plans are formulated to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates. In order to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of Hong Kong and Macao youth at various enterprises, Hong Kong and Macao youth entrepreneurs are provided with entrepreneurship funding, entrepreneurship guaranteed loans, subsidies and tax incentive, and support policies, etc.
