The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Zhuhai Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Optimize, Adjust and Standardize the Implementation of Three Talent Work” (“the Notice”) on 9 June 2023. The authorities announced to optimize, adjust and standardize the following items relating to the three talent policies. 1. Relax the qualification requirements for the evaluation of high-level talents and industry youth talents; 2. Adjust the subsidy application requirements for the housing (rent and living) of newly recruited talents in enterprises; 3. Standardize the talent selection and recruitment incentive work. A maximum of 10 individuals will be selected each year, and a maximum of RMB50,000 will be rewarded per person. This Notice shall be implemented on 9 June 2023 and valid for 2 years.
