The Zhuhai Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Implementation Guideline for Talent Housing Allocation Management in the Zhuhai Municipality” on 27 June 2023. The authorities announced that this implementation guideline was formulated to further improve the allocation management of talent housing in the Zhuhai Municipality. The distribution targets include various categories of talents under the “Zhuhai Municipal Talent Plan”, Hong Kong and Macao talents, and more. For details on distribution targets, distribution principles, individual application criteria, verification materials, distribution, and application procedures, please refer to the Implementation Guideline. The Implementation Guideline shall be effective on 1 August 2023 and valid until 30 November 2026.
