On 3 July 2023, the Jiangmen Municipal People's Government issued the “Implementation Plan for Tai Da Feng in Jiangmen Municipality” (“the Plan”). The Plan supports the establishment of international technology innovation centre in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, strengthens in-depth cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao, and supports the exchanges and cooperation between Jiangmen Municipality and Hong Kong and Macao in the field of new energy vehicles, green construction, green traffic, carbon label. In addition, the Plan proposes to promote the mutual recognition of green financial standards and services between financial institutions in Jiangmen Municipality, Hong Kong and Macao, and guide financial institutions and various investment funds to provide financing support for the overseas Chinese green and low-carbon innovative technology projects.
