The Foshan Municipal Public Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Adjusting Stable Residence and Employment Household Registration Policy in Specific Regions” (“the Notice”) on 4 July 2023. The authorities announced non-Foshan residents, who hold legal ownership of self-owned residential properties in the Xi‘an Community south of Gaoming River in the Gaoming District and Sanshui District in Foshan Municipality, along with their spouse and minor children, who live together, may apply for household registration at the place of residence. For details including application criteria, application material checklist and application procedures, please refer to the Notice. The Notice shall be effective from 1 July 2023 and valid for 5 years.
