The State Taxation Administration (“the authorities”) issued the “Guideline of Supporting Tax Preferential Policies for Shared Development” (“the Guideline”) on 20 July 2023. The authorities announced a series of tax preferential policies from 4 perspectives including promoting rural revitalization, maintaining social fairness and justice, narrowing income gaps, and promoting common prosperity, and formed a guideline with compilation of 182 tax preferential policies in support of shared development.
