The Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Administration Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Extension of the 2023 Application for the Twelve Measures in relation to Supporting the Development of Employment and Entrepreneurship for Hong Kong and Macao Youth by the Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration” (“the Measures”) on 28 August 2023. The authorities announced that due to system upgrade and maintenance, access to the Shenzhen Municipal Tax Bureau system is currently unavailable and is expected to be restored by late August. In order to fully protect the rights of applicants, the deadline of the 2023 application for “the Twelve Measures in relation to Supporting the Development of Employment and Entrepreneurship for Hong Kong and Macao Youth by the Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration” has been extended until 15 September 2023.
