The Guangzhou Municipal Haizhu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Implementation Measures of the “Measures of Talent Green Card Regulation in Guangzhou Municipality” in Guangzhou Municipal Haizhu District” (“the Notice”) on 20 November 2023. The authorities announced that outstanding domestic and foreign talents and entrepreneurs, who are non-residents of Guangzhou Municipality, working or have started business in Guangzhou Municipal Haizhu District can apply for the Guangzhou Talent Green Card A and B based on these Measures. Details include application conditions and application procedures. These Implementation Measures shall be effective from 20 November 2023 and valid until 14 June 2028.
