The Ministry of Education (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Doing a Good Job in 2024 National General College Graduates Employment and Entrepreneurship Work” (“the Notice”) on 1 December 2023. The authorities announced that colleges at all regions shall actively invite employers to conduct recruitment activities on campus to enhance the effectiveness of each campus recruitment event and expand job opportunities in line with the job-seeking intentions of graduates and provide high-quality employment information to the graduates. Meanwhile, the authorities shall implement preferential policies such as employment subsidies, social insurance subsidies, and tax reduction and relief, which shall support small and medium-sized enterprises in developing and creating more employment positions suitable for college graduates.
