The People's Government of Pengjiang District of Jiangmen Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the “Interim Measures for Talent Housing in Jiangmen Municipal Pengjiang District”” (“the Notice”) on 15 December 2023. The authorities announced that measures for talent housing shall be implemented through two methods: physical allocation and financial subsidies. Physical allocation includes rental reduction and relief, property gifting, talent housing distribution, etc. Financial subsidies include housing purchase and rental subsidies, housing and living subsidies, etc. For details, please refer to this Notice. These Measures shall be effective from 15 December 2023 and valid until 20 November 2024.
