The Office of People’s Government of Zhuhai Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Several Measures for further Boosting and Expanding Consumption in Zhuhai Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 26 December 2023. The authorities announced to further expand consumption and proposed a series of measures, including promote housing consumption, and encourage real estate enterprises to expand customer base from Hong Kong and Macao, and attract more Hong Kong and Macao residents to purchase real estate properties in Zhuhai Municipality.
