The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Guangzhou Municipal Nansha District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Application Guidelines for Talent Card in Guangzhou Municipal Nansha District” (“the Notice”) on 8 March 2024. The authorities announced that the Nansha talent primary card is divided into two categories: Card A and Card B, which are further categorized based on talent levels and specific needs.
