The Jiangmen Housing Bureau has published the Regulation on Administration of Housing Provident Funds ("the Regulation"), which is effective on 1 September 2018 and valid for 5 years. The Regulation covers the situation and requirement to withdraw Housing Provident Funds and the required documents. It also covers procedures in approving Housing Provident Funds withdrawal application and settlement process.
