In response to the State Council's decision to abolish various administrative licenses, the Jiangmen city of administration for market regulation has issued a circular outlining the arrangements for cancelling the approval requirement of conglomerate registration certificates, relaxing the restrictions for the usage of company names, cancelling the record-filing of company branches and establishing, altering or deregistering branches of foreign-invested partnerships. Enterprises can declare the "business license invalidity disclaimer" free of charge on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System ("the System"), and strengthen the System's transformation.
