The People's Government of Jiangmen Municipality issued the "Interim Measures of Jiangmen Municipality for Commercial Registration (place of business)" on 19 November 2018. The Measures apply to commercial subjects including companies, partners, sole proprietorships, individual industrial and commercial households, non-company business units, foreign investment enterprises and branches carrying on business in the Mainland. In order to shorten the commercial registration time, the above commercial subjects are only required to submit the certificate of the right to use the place of domicile, and the registration authorities would no longer examine the usage and function of the place of domicile.
