The Jiangmen City Administration for Industry and Commerce ("AIC") has launched a tolerance system for registration for enterprises effective from 8 January 2019. Under this system, if applicants lack certain documents that are not of major significance or do not have major discrepancies, the AIC would notify the applicant of the missing documents to be submitted within a committed date. As long as the applicants submits the missing documents within the committed date (within 7 working days), the AIC would prioritise the approval and issuance of the business licence. This notice is applicable to locally and foreign registered companies within Jiangmen City.
