The Guangdong Provincial Leading Group for the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area ("the Group") issued the "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base ("the Base") " on 3 March 2021. The Group has launched 15 measures, including providing rental subsidies for RMB6,000 per year (up to 3 years) and one-off start up subsidy for RMB10,000 to youths from Hong Kong and Macao who have successfully established start-ups in the Base. In addition, eligible young people from Hong Kong and Macao can apply for loans for up to RMB5 million and enjoy discount support.
