The Urban Planning and Construction Bureau of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the “Measures for the Record Filing of Macao and Hong Kong Planning Institutions and Professionals Practicing in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone (Trial)”” (“the Measures”) on 4 September 2023. The authorities announced that Macao and Hong Kong planning institutions and professionals who meet the registration requirements are eligible to submit the record filing application to the Urban Planning and Construction Bureau of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone. These Measures shall be implemented from 17 September 2023 and valid for two years.
