The People’s Government of the Foshan Municipality issued the “Administrative Measures for Improving the Services of Guangdong- Foshan Card” (“the Measures”) on 20 September 2023. The Guangdong-Foshan Card is a uniform document for talents in the Foshan Municipality to enjoy preferential and convenient services with finance function. Talents working in the Foshan Municipality and falling within the applicant’s category may apply for Guangdong-Foshan Card. The Guangdong -Foshan cardholders can enjoy conveniences for various services, such as medical services in registration, housing purchase services, rental services, cultural tourism services and banking preferential services. The Measures will come into effect on 1 November 2023 and will be valid for 5 years.
