On 20 October 2023, the Commercial Service Bureau of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Intensive Cooperation Zone issued the “Administrative Measures for Logos of “Macao Manufactured”, “Macao Supervised” and “Macao Designed” (“the Measures”). The Measures are applicable to the application, use and administration of the logos of “Macao Manufactured”, “Macao Supervision” and “Macao Designed” (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Logos”) in Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Intensive Cooperation Zone. Enterprises that use the logos of “Macao Manufactured” shall be enterprises with independent legal person status established in the Cooperation Zone pursuant to the law, while enterprises that use the logo of “Macao Manufactured” or "Macao Designed” shall be enterprises with independent legal person status established in the Cooperation Zone or Macao. The Measures shall be implemented from 30 October 2023 and will be valid for 3 years.
