SFH attends second Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Health Cooperation Conference in Shenzhen

The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region yesterday (February 24) signed a co-operation agreement on prevention and control of tuberculosis (TB) with the Centre for Tuberculosis Control of Guangdong Province and Conde de São Januário General Hospital of the Health Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government. Government representatives of the three places exchanged the signed agreement at a ceremony at the second Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Health Cooperation Conference in Shenzhen today (February 25). The agreement aims to further step up work on the prevention and control of TB in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, help better prepare cross-border prevention and management work and enhance scientific research and academic standards on TB in the Bay Area. By deepening co-operation, it is hoped that complementary development can be achieved.
